If you are using a Samsung Galaxy smartwatch, you will have to use the Galaxy wearable app for pairing and managing your smartwatch.
What is Wear OS?
Wear OS is a version of Google’s Android operating system that is designed to work with smartwatches and several other wearables. Wear OS can also be called Wear OS by Google. Its previous name was Android Wear, and since its change of name, it has seen so many improvements.
It pairs with Android devices that run on Android version 6.0 or newer. While for iPhones, it runs on iOS version 10.0 or newer, however, it’s not as functional as when it’s connected to an Android device. Wear OS is also integrated with Google Assistant Technology, which you can utilize when you are connected to your smartwatch.

If there is an error while charging, the dock’s LED will flash red. You will have to remove the smartwatch from the dock and then wait until the dock’s indicator stops flashing.
